non receipt of registration and termination letter

24 August 2009 sir,
i take article ship transfer from jaipur to mumbai in feb.2009.
but till now i not received either re-registration letter or termination letter.
but i received only one leeter from kanpur regarding transfer of data to mumbai.
in this situation please guide me.
