Non filling of roc returns

01 September 2015 Dear Experts ,
One of my Clients has not file ROC returns for last six years, the company has though filed Income Tax returns regularly.

The compnay doesnot have money to file the ROC returns for last 6 years.
Is there a way where without paying much compliance can be made or company name can be struck off.
Should we go for Fast exit.

01 September 2015 Yes..you can go for Fast Track Exit without filing pending forms provided Company did not engage in a single business transaction during atleast last 1 year...

01 September 2015 If we go for fast track exit, can ROC ask us the previous financials, as company was active from 2011-2014.

01 September 2015 Also can i file for annual filling of Fy 2014-15 only without filling for previous years

01 September 2015 Yes..both the things are possible. but you have to ensure that there was not a single business transaction in the company during last one year.
