18 September 2009 if a company is not file form 32 in ROC also not file annual accounts & annual return .
what is the option available to unsecured loan Creditors to recover the amount to comapny .
and what is the Liabilities of Director.

23 September 2009 There is no option available to Unsecured loan creditors.

The directors will be punishable under the company act.

However, You can write an application to concerned ROC in blank paper, requesting them to look into this matter.
