Non filing of income tax return -reg

Today I got a letter from Income Tax Department regarding information on CIB-321 for the FY 2009-10 and also Date, Ack.No.,Circle/Ward and City and mode of file for the FY 2009-10,2010-11 & 2011-21. Please explain the significance and implication on these information code. I have already return for the FY 2009-10, 2010-11 & 2011-12 in time.

Then give the reply to the concern authority(from where you received notice) with the details of filing and enclose the copies of such return filed acknowledgements to such reply letter.
