Non filing income tax return

i have received notice for non filing income tax return for the a/y 2011-12 & 2012-13. but my income is below taxable limit. how to reply these notice if any format plz suggest me and send.........

You can file a simple letter explaining that there was no need to file the returns for these years since your taxable income was below taxable limits. Also enclose the computations for these years to justify your reply.
