While filling the Form 32 at the time of incorporation of Pvt. co., one of the director is non-executive, now what is the procedure to make executive director ?

The procedure to make him executive director is to appoint him so in accordance with section 269 entrusting responsibilities, as appropriate, with him

No, Non-executive director attends only the board meeting and nothing else.
For making him Executive pass the board resolution and file form 32 again.
