CAN WE APPOINT ALL DIRECTORS AS NON EXECUTIVE IF YES THEN HOW THE QUORUM WILL BE FORMED

For the purpose of Quorum, no distinction is made between the executive or non-executive director.
However, it is worth mentioning that a Company having a paid up capital 5 crores or more than, must have either a Managing Director or manager u/s 269

IT IS GOOD TO APPOINT ALL DIRECTORS AS NON EXECUTIVE

May not be good, since the day today working will be controlled by the employees. While shareholder have direct control over BOD thorugh general meetings.
