Does non compliance of filing IT returns of Previous year has an impact on company current year Return filing ?
My query is x comp doesnt file IT returns for last 3 years .It is not possible to file IT returns for previous years
so does non compliance of filing IT returns of prev years( 2010-11, 2011-12) of comp have an effect on current year filing i.e 2012-13?

NO, each assessment year is seperate, so it should not be problem to file current year return.
Though due date of filling of return for FY 11-12 is expired you can file belated return for same FY,
