Non charging of Excise in invoice by first stage dealer

Can first stage dealer issue invoice inclusive of excise instead of mentioning it separately?

if you are not sowing separate Excise Pass on then how can purchaser take cenvat credit. if you are issuing Invoice None Cenvat User then you can do.

no dealer can not issue invoice without showing excise because the purchaser can take credit on the invoice which is passed on by the dealers if dealers has not mentioned excise then how can purchaser take credit of such ?
