If central government withdrawn its nomination from the directorship of a person on the Board of a private ltd company and appoint another person as its nominee director in the same company, is it required to obtain a resignation letter from the removing nominee director for the purpose of attaching Form 32.

When the Central Govt. intend to withdraw the nomination of a particular director, Govt. issue a letter to Board of Director and a Board Meeting is convened and a resoluation is passed to withdraw nomiation as per Govt. advise. and it is required to obtain a resignation letter from the removing moninee director and should file Form 32 accordingly.
