I am file my IT Return.
After checking ITR V, I was noticed one mistake of selecting state "Maharashtra" it was wrongly selected "Madya Pradesh" in my Address.
Would i require to file revise return for rectify only state name ?
If require to file revise return then under which section i have file revise return ?

I think you shoud file revised return to avoid future problem......
Rectify your state name and File it....

If u filled it online n claiming refund n that's too in paper form u should file revised return u/s 139(5) ... N if no refund then not much wory because assessment order and intimation is directly sent to ur e-mail id by cpc

If you are expecting written data from CPC, then address matters and wrong address can lead to non delivery of communications.
