12 June 2012 I have brought one Dell Laptop from Miami and it struck in the Delhi customs through DHL Carrier.After providing fair penalty letter and authorization letter,customs are asking for NOC from Ministry of Environment and Forest for clearance of my shipment.Please help me out how can I approach? as I am staying in Hyderabad I am unable find a way regarding this please any one help me out.......

13 June 2012 thankQ Sir but i went through that site yesterday itself i mailed to the address which is present but i could not get the reply rather the delivery to the mail id has been permanently failed even i went to the address which is present in Hyderabad mention in that page i found nothing......is there any other address of ministry of environment and forest or can i get an NOC from outer state of Andhra pradesh
