SIR MY UNCLE SEND SECONDHAND MOBILE TO ME FROM UK THROW DHL COUIER SERVICE .BUT THE CUSTOME DEPARTMENT ASKED FOR NOC from forest & environment deptt old & used electronics goods .how can i get this plz help me

Dear Khan,
You know the Indian laws are complicated, you should have checked before importing used electronic goods, which are restricted under E wate regulations.
Now options
1. Go and meet th customs and say these goods are for self use and you were not aware about the regulations, he may consider if quantity is one only.
2. Check ministry of environment site, take their address and submit a request letter and take NOC from them. Proces is cumbersome
3. Ask DHL to take back the goods and get it when some of your relative and travelling to India
