Noc from envirnment department

11 May 2013 Sir, My company have import 3 used server from Bahrain through DHL from our sister concern for set a data center in India. At the time of Custom Clearance DHL have told us to take a NOC from Envirnment department. Please give me the suggestion what are easiest way for custom clearance.

12 May 2013 USED COMPUTER & SERVER IS RESTRICTED FOR IMPORT VIDE DGFT FOREIGN TRADE POLICY, NOT ONLY THIS , ALSO REQUIRE NOC UNDER E WASTER REGULATION OF MINITRY OF ENVIRONMENT.

YOU SHOULD HAVE CHECKED THIS ASPECTS BEFORE IMPORTS, NOW YOU NEED TO HIRE A CONSULTANT TO GET LICENCE FROM DGFT AND NOC FROM MOE
