15 July 2011 I SUBMITTED FORM 1A .I MENTIONED COMPANY NAME "UNITECH ENERGIES PRIVATE LIMITED " AND " UNITECH ELECTRICALS PRIVATE LIMITED". BUT AFTER 2 DAYS MY FORM STATUS RE-SUBMISSION DUE TO "UNITECH IS BIG GREAT.,NOC REQUIRED FORM"
PLEASE TELL ME ABOUT NOC FOR UNITECH , FORMAT AND ANY OTHER INFORMATION WHICH REQUIRE RELATED TO "UNITECH PRIVATE LIMITED" FIRST NAME.

16 July 2011 Are you in any way connected with Unitech group. Unitech is the name of a big group. You cannot keep your company's name similar to their name without no objection from them. I will suggest you to choose another name.

Perhaps u r not aware that UNITECH is the name of a well-known listed company. As per Name Availability Guidelines issued by MCA, if u desire to use word UNITECH in the proposed name, u need to contact UNITECH Ltd. If they agree, they will issue a No Objection Certificate by passing a board resolution.

...Therefore, let me advise u to choose another name, check it on the MCA website properly and inquire whether the key word of the proposed name is used by a well-known company.
