in case of statutory audit how one should post a letter for noc.the period one should wait for reply

You have to sent the request throgh registered post with acknowledgement due and in the letter clearly mention that you will be treating it as there is no any objection or reasons for taking up the audit if you have not received any letter from him for 20days from the date of posting of your letter.
