No requirement for authentication

22 April 2010 I heard that there is no requirement for authentication of invoice under Central Excise Act from 1st April,2010 onward but didn't find related notification/Press release in this regard.

Please any body could clarify my doubt regarding authentication of invoice.

Please give notification regarding this authentication.

27 April 2010 The pre authentication would not required from 01.04.2010 as the concern provision under Rule 11(5) of the Central Excise Rules,2002 has been ommitted vide notification no. 5/2010-CE(NT) dated 27.02.2010.
