10 September 2010 is tax audit conducted u/s 44 AF included for limit or not???????????

10 September 2010 Tax Audit is different from Accounts Audit under company law, therefore it would not be included.

10 September 2010 as per section 44AF audit is compulsory under section 44AB if certain conditions exist as per that section and the audit conducted as required by section 44AF is included in the limit of 45 tax audits

11 September 2010 Please verify the same, i think audit conducted u/s 44 AD,44AF,44AE are not considered for the purpose of ceiling limit 45 by ICAI...................
