19 September 2015 There is no bar per se for entering into partnership. Choice is yours. So long as you are confident of doing justice your being a partner in the firm, you can enter as many firms as you wish.

26 September 2015 Unless any specific reference is given, it is presumed to have NO restriction.

Say for example, in the act it is provided that in case of banking.....so and so would be the restriction on the number of partners....etc.
