24 July 2012 Whether a CA can accept 45 individual/firm tax audits and 20 pvt ltd companies statutory audit and 10 public limited companies statutory audit. Turnover of all companies is less than 60 Lakhs.

24 July 2012 yes, if turnover of any company or pvt ltd co. is less then 60 lacs then it will not count in the ceiling of 45 tax audits u/s 44ab
