I am working in a pvt ltd co. For taking loan I am filing Nil Return from last 3 years. Now I am not interested to take bank loan. Is Nil return file is compulsory for me.

It is not compulsory. But it is advisable to file returns to help your capital and net worth go smoothly, it can be useful in future.

Nil return is not compulsory but if you file the NIL return it will beneficial for you.
