Dear Expert,
our partnership firm is started in f.y. 13-14 but in 3 years no sale or purchase. we have all legal process
my question is can i upload NIL IT Returns, please suggest me, help me.

Yes you can file nil return however it is mandatory for partnership firm to file return online. you can file return only for A.y 2015-16 and 2016-17.
