There are 2 nidhi companies incorporated on
1.16/10/2017
2.13/11/2017
what will be their due return filing date for NDH-1 & NDH-3
How to add share holder in the nidhi company.

22 March 2018 As per Rule 5 of Nidhi Rules, if the Nidhi Company is having member 200 or more , it shall within 90 days from closure of financial year shall file return in Form NDH 1 . Due date of filing NDH 1 is 30th June 2018 or last date
Every Nidhi Company shall file half yearly return in NDH 3 from conclusion of each half year.

22 March 2018 so i have to file NDH-1 within 90 days from 31st march 18 but what if company don't have 200 member than i have to first file NDH-2 and then file NDH-1? or NDH-1 can be only when you have 200 members?

22 March 2018 NDH 1 can only be when if the Company has 200 members.
If Company has less than 200 members then file NDH 2 within 30 days from closure of financial year
Last date 30th April 2018

and soon as the members reach 200 we need to file NDH-1?
