NI Act-Post Dated Cheques

mr. X has issued 5 post dated cheques on the same day to 10 different people say A,B,C,D&E.
Can A will intruct to bank to make his payment on first prefence basis.??
is any bank charges applicable for that??
pls clarify me whether the option is available or not?

I do not think there is any such provision. Bank has to honour the cheques on first come first basis
