27 February 2011 I want to create an NGO by forming a trust.
pls tell me the procedure for creating that NGO. and also tell me documents required for creation of NGO and place where the document has to be registered.

28 February 2011 for create the NGO first we decide the name of NGO and its name approval sent in district magistrate office / subordinate officer authorised officer / registrar NGO / and submit prtescribed fee and MEMORANDUM OF ARTICLES after signing 7 members and (president, secretary, and treasurer.
