Please any body tell me the either Circular or notification No. which has introduced the 5% tax on Indian citizens who is resident outside India, and earning foreign Income.
I feel that is announced on 7th or 8th April, 2009.

This is a false mail in circulation. There is no such proposal. Please nto India can never impose unilateral tax provision. Such proposal is contrary to the International tax conventions hence it is totally false and baseless. Don't worry be happy....
