Dear Sir,
We are Pvt.Ltd. company and registered with Excise dept. we have also invested our capital in Partnership firm. They are also doing job work and manufacture activity.
both entity are different, one is partnership and another is pvt ltd.
I would like to ask you, Can both are doing business in Premises
