20 December 2012 good morning sir,
please solve my this query. supposed i am a salaried class person. sir after some time my managing director opened a new company. but sir at the time of director name in this company. my boss choose my named for the name of director of this new company.than sir my query is that i am a salaried class person and other hand i am a director of a company. than sir in case will i received any notice from income tax

20 December 2012 Rajiv dont worry, A Whole time director can be on salaried. So dont worry if you are getting salary from the company and at the same time you are also a director in the company.
