New edition of bangar nov12

I have 19th edition of Bangar(Indirect Tax).Whether it would be better to purchase the new edition for Nov12?? or old edition and the supplementary book of ICAI would be sufficient?? Pls Reply..

I strongly feel that you should go for new one. because if u read old one and changes from supplementary then it will create confusion in ur mind as u hv read both the things. And its very hard to mark small small changes in each chapter. So buy new one
