08 February 2014 For signing the return you have to procure a digital signature and while uploading the return you have to sign the TDS return with your digital signature. This can be procured from either Tax Print or TCS or any other agency who provides it. Once you procure your digital signature on payment of the prescribed fee you have to register the same with Income Tax Department.

08 February 2014 If We use Digital Signature Concept than I think We dont need to go to TIN NSDL Branc/Center For Filling the return of TDS and also dont need to give RS 35 as we have to give ?????????????????
