New company with multiple domains

04 October 2012 Hello Sir,

Myself and my brother want to start a company which should be able to deal in multiple domains. My brother is a Expert in Animation, media and other related domain and I am expert in New product design related to Mechanical product. Right now I have some offers to build and sell some product related to mobility product for Disabled peoples. He has some project in his field.

So My query is : Is it possible to combine these two domain and form an organisation?
If yes then what objectives should I incorporate in MOA.

For info : WE have already got our DIN number and we are getting our company name checked at ROC.

04 October 2012 there is no limit in company act for multiple domains, however if anyone get exemption from any tax law, then it should be properly maintained seperately to claim the same right way.

04 October 2012 a local CA is required for registration, almost all moa are same, except the special articles

so you can get a copy from the CA who will sign your dox.
