09 December 2013 We are in the process of registering a private limited company.We are finalizing memorandum and articles.We want that 2 directors and the third person who is not a director but will be an employee of the company to have 33.33% of share capital each.
Please tell the way how to do dis

Please keep the following points in mind and proceed:

1) In clause for name of Directors in Articles of Association, mention the name of only two persons who will be Directors.

2) The Subscribers page of Memorandum and Articles will be signed by all the 3 persons (Two Directors and one Employee) according to their shareholding percentage.
