16 January 2015 All those companies and NPO's which have not registered under the new Companies Act 2013, what will happen to them? Will they continue prepare their accounts according to the 1956 Act?? In the study material of IPCC of Accounts, Non Profit Organization's accounts have been prepared according to three old way. So, in examz do we need to do the same and prepare their accounts acc. to Companies Act 1956 ??

16 January 2015 There is no requirement to register afresh under Companies Act 2013 for companies who are already registered. They are all now under the new Act
