sir,
suppose we are purchase Item A from outside india and CH no is 8502.1200 like Generator
now in india we are added some parts like battery , batery stand, enclosure and some other items
after this process we are saling this product in indian market company,
my question is when we are purchase this item than CHNos is 85021200, and when i m sale this item in market than this item is gone under same heading.
(as per my veiw some process is assembly in india ans some parts are mfg in india )
pl tell me is it trading or manufature process?
if mfg process than input CHNo & finishe CHN is same ? is it possible as per excise rules ?
andif we are trading this item than how to added value of extra material in this finished goods value ?
we are going to start business after three month but before theis three month we are saling this as it is import and sale to indian company
pl help me what can i do ?

better to bill in two parts, 1) for goods imported and sold 2) enclosures and fittings sold with 1)
