Hi, Can you please let me know if netting of payables and receivables is allowed for a STPI unit, like SEZ. If yes, as per which circular of RBI?

I believe there is no such provision as yet pronounced by RBI for STPI units. However for SEZ units, this kind of netting allowed for long.
