Net worth certificate is required for nse, bse brokers. Its required on a half yearly basis. Share Capital, Reserves & Surplus, Fixed Assets, Debts & 30 % of Marketable Securities are included in it. There are other methods to compute the same as well depending in the category you fall into. You can go through nse bse websites for more details.
