plz give me find out the Gross salary with break up and ctc and also calculate EMPLOYER PF & ESI , EMPLOYEE PF AND ESI.

01 February 2016 BASIC PAY CALCULATE COST TO COMPANY OR GROSS PAY i have confused many times
sometimes calculate on gross pay and sometimes calculate on ctc
which is correct basic pay on ctc or gross up

presently i am getting 50000 CTC PLZ BREAK UP OF GROSS PAY
