Sir Please confirm whether the nett profit @ 8% u/s 44-AD has to be maintained before depreciation and remuneration or after depreciation and remuneration

8% minimum is to be offered for taxation purpose, i.e NET profit after all deductions

Sharma Ji Lot of thanks for your prompt reply actually the issue is very much disputed. Expert like you I have got fortunately. Earlier I was maintaining 8% nett profit before deducting [ dep + rem ] because of which heavy tax liability was getting reflected. Thank you once again. yrs tarique 982 1630 130
