02 December 2009 after dishonour of cheque in how many days, holder should give the notice to the drawer and after receiving notice in how many days drawe should pay the money.

02 December 2009 Within 30 days of return of cheque to your bank provided cheque is presented within its lapse period of 6 months from cheque date. You have to give a notice to pay within 15 days before you will lodge the complaint.
