what is meant by mangement trainee and a graduate trainee in recruitment advertusements?

In my view Management Trainee is a candidate who will be given training for a certain period once one completes training he will be taken in manager cadre normally in junior management level. Where as a graduate trainee either one may be taken in management cadre or not
