What is Importer on Record(IOR)? (refer seagate singapore(SS) case)
What is said in the case is that SS will engage IOR to supply goods to its clients on a "just-in-time" basis.
But how will the IOR clear the goods for warehousing if it does not have an invoice. As per my understanding invoice, inter alia, is important for clearance.
