I want to resign from the directorship of a pvt ltd company but my 2 other partnes refuse to filled form D12.i have already filled form D11.please help me

16 December 2015 Send your resignation letter along with AD through REGD POST.

Obtain the AD Card. Even then they have not filed the form, you may write a letter to the regional RoC.

This is my opinion only. I or none of my friends/ clients have not come across with such situations.
