Hi Sir,
I have to mention the payment term & Condition, Interest rate in my Invoice.
What should be the better way to mention it in my invoice to get paid soon.

Now a days, a cash incentive is offered if the payment is made within a stipulated period. Beyond that..say upto 30 days, interest at the rate of 12% p.a. will be charged. Beyond 30 days interest at the rate of 18% will be charged
