Need clarification for filing 26QB for 3 buyers one sellet

I booked an apartment. While filing 26QB, ihave following doubts. Please help understand.
1. Total Value of
Consideration (Property
Value)
Should this be the same value for all the buyers?
2. Total amount paid/
credited in previous
installments, if any
Should this field represent the installment for the portion of the each buyer?
3. How much is the "Stamp duty value" for the prperty? Should this be mentioned as a portion of the share for each buyer?
