hello...sir i have a client who is dealing in export and import he needs city 1 bond to awail exemption from excise plz help from where to get..the dealer is of delhi...urgent

First of all, it is not ciity 1 bond. It is called C.T-1 Form. This is not available in dealer's shop. This is to be received from the central excise department, to avail excise duty exemption. The exporter has to execute a bond and Bank Guarantee with excise authorities and obtain C.T 1 form from department. The exporter has to submit the CT-1 to the manufacturer and both have to sign in the ARE form and export the products and claim exemption by submitting proof of export. Please refer excise manual also.
