Dear Sir,
Can any one tell clarification for the following Question.
I am going to start a company in Tamilnadu(sec-25 Company).
In this regard,If I am approaching a CA outside of the state,
Can he operataes and manage from His place for my company(like all Tax oriented problems and audits and other services)?

Although it may be little difficult for him, but yes it is possible. The little difficulty may arise in the areas of state laws e.g vat, P.T etc.Anyway many CAs are now practicing in different states.
