10 June 2015 I am going to make books of accounts of a elctrical contractor engage in making electrical panel and maintenance service Please advice me do i have to maintain stock/inventory, now there is many more electrical parts not maintainable

10 June 2015 you can make purchase of RM for penal and make service also.

you can divide the RM for mfg. and RM for Service.

and for that you make diff.-2 billing for each category.
small items as consumable stores.

10 June 2015 Thank you so much Sir, recently i have putup the 1st quarterly return of vat just in the base of detail of sale/purchase (5% and 14% rate) of the quarter and pass the all purchase and sale entry in voucher format in tally Sir in that procedure do occur any problem in future with sale tax department.
