24 March 2018 Is NDH-1 required to be filed even when the members are below 200 or to be filed as soon as the members become 200 or more?

26 March 2018 As per the Nidhi Companies Rules, Nidhi Companies shall have atleast 200 members within one year of incorporation. Nidhi Company shall file NDH 1 within 90 days from closure of financial year.
and for extension of filing of return application shall be made to RD in NDH 2 who within 30 days of receipt of application may grant extension
and Half yearly return shall be filed within 30 days from conclusion of half year in NDH 3
