07 April 2024 My NCLT petition was marked defective due to wrong case type, I tried to correct the case type by going through refiling section and editing the originally filed petition. However after selecting the case type "restoration application", a main case type section pops up which I am required to fill the case number. Though I have no idea what case number is to be filled there. Can anybody help?
