04 August 2011 I have 3 questions.
1. Whether schedule VI of the Companies Act is applicable to NBFC.
2. If yes why exemption is given from filing annual accounts in XBRL format and how to file annual accounts in pdf format through form 23AC.
3. If no please let me have the material.

05 August 2011 in case of nbfc registered under companies act, 1956 schedule vi shall be applicable but if it adopts the valuation method by rbi there is no strict compliance of schedule vi.................u may dwnld form 23ac from the link https://www.mca.gov.in/MCA21/dca_html/downloadeforms/Download_eForm.html
